1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StockLens (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the operators of StockLens.

2. Description of Service

StockLens is an AI-powered stock research tool that provides analysis, scoring, technical indicators, earnings history, and related information for stocks listed on the NSE (India) and major global exchanges.

StockLens is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or portfolio manager. It is not regulated by SEBI, the SEC, or any other financial regulatory authority. The Service is provided solely for informational and research purposes.

All analysis, scores, summaries, and other content generated by StockLens is produced by artificial intelligence for research and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment.

  • AI-generated analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
  • Past performance of any stock does not guarantee future results.
  • Investing in stocks involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
  • Always consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser before making any investment decision.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

5. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and must keep it up to date.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed on a monthly subscription basis via Razorpay using UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused analyses. If you cancel mid-cycle you will not be charged again but no credit is issued for the remaining days.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from StockLens using automated tools without our prior written consent.
  • Access the Service via automated scripts or bots in a manner that exceeds normal human usage patterns.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display AI analysis output generated by StockLens without our written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary algorithms used by the Service.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law, including securities laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

The StockLens platform, including its AI-generated analysis output, scoring methodology, design, and codebase, is the proprietary property of the StockLens operators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal research purposes.

Data you upload or input — such as your portfolio holdings and watchlist — remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StockLens and its operators shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any analysis or information provided.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
